Product Description:
CH7265Y interpolated Y-axis turning-milling center adopts integrated flat bed and stepped guideway structure, equipped hollow hydraulic rotary cylinder, hollow hydraulic three-jaw chuck, interpolated Y-axis, multi-station powered servo turret, and hydraulic programmable tailstock. Powered by a new-generation CNC system with C-axis and milling capabilities, it accomplishes single-setup machining for complex part production.
Features:
1.Large-span monolithic flat bed base with 15° stepped guideways ensures exceptional stability and vibration resistance.
2.Spindle unit employs precision angular contact thrust ball bearings paired with double-row cylindrical roller bearings, enhanced by dynamic balancing and run-in testing for thermal stability and maintained precision.
3.Ball screws on feed axis adopts pre-stretched nut structures and angular contact bearings, enhancing stiffness, thermal deformation resistance, and feed accuracy.
4.Direct servo motor-to-ball screw coupling on feed axes guarantees high transmission precision.
5.High-load linear ball guideways ensure good rigidity, low damping, high precision, and smooth operation.
6.Interpolated Y-axis functionality combined with longitudinal/transverse milling enables single-clamp composite machining (turning, milling, drilling, tapping) on cylindrical surfaces and end faces.
7.Tool holder employs a 12-station power servo turret with high precision, good rigidity and rapid tool selection.
8.The C-axis is equipped with a high-resolution encoder for precise positioning accuracy, high reliability, and continuous indexing capability.
9.Hydraulic chuck clamping/release and tailstock movement are controllable via both program commands and foot pedal switches for flexible operation.
10.Centralized automatic oil lubrication with quantitative distributors ensures uniform lubrication of guides and ball screws, reducing friction, improving motion accuracy, and extending component lifespan.
11.Side and rear chip removal options provide flexible configuration for optimal machining efficiency.
12.This CNC lathe is standard with hydraulic tail seat, servo program control tail can also be configured.
