CK6545 Series Turret Lathe
Product Description:
CK6545 series turret lathe adopts integrated slant bed structure with 45° inclined guideways. equipped with hollow hydraulic rotating cylinder, hollow hydraulic three-jaw chuck,multi-station hydraulic turret, and hydraulic tailstock, it performs machining operations such as internal/external cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, arc contours, metric imperial threads, and drilling、reaming、boring of holes. The machine comes standard with the GSK 988TA CNC system and supports optional domestic or international CNC systems.
Features
1.45° integral slant bed base structure ensures excellent stability and vibration resistance.
2. Spindle bearings use high precision imported bearings, with dynamic balancing correction and run-in testing, achieving low temperature rise, minimal thermal deformation, smooth operation, and stable accuracy.
3.X/Z-axis ball screws adopt pretensioned nut structures and angular contact bearings to enhance rigidity, thermal resistance, and feed accuracy.
4.X/Z -axis adopts servo motors directly coupled to ball screws, guaranteeing high precision transmission.
5.X/Z -axis adopts precision roller linear guides for high rigidity, low damping, exceptional accuracy, and smooth motion.
6.Features 8-station horizontal hydraulic turret with high precision, excellent rigidity, and rapid tool change capability.
7.Hydraulic chuck clamping/release and tailstock sleeve extension or retraction can be controlled by foot in addition to program control, convenient and fast.
8.Centralized automatic oil lubrication with quantitative distributors ensures uniform lubrication of guides and ball screws, reducing friction, improving motion accuracy, and extending component lifespan.
9.Rectangular hardened tailstock guideways provide reliable guidance and stability, with manual tailstock locking for secure operation.
10.Side and rear chip removal options provide flexible configuration for optimal machining efficiency.
11.Optional pneumatic safety door or pneumatic skylight supports automated production.
